In the paper the elucidation of mechanisms of intellectual synthesis of subjectivity and subject has been considered. As a theoretical basis the transcendental teaching about origins of Kant has been taken. The detailed analysis of philosophical foundations of classical transcendental aesthetics allows the authors to trace the mechanisms of formation of subjectivity and subject and to identify the direction and form of transgression and transformation.
